A company in the technology sector requires a Sales Manager to join its team to manage the Valle del Cauca Region.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the brand's commercial objectives through the development and execution of strategic plans aligned among the different key areas of the business.
- Coordination and alignment with the authorized agencies-suppliers for the management, control, measurement and evaluation of the team of people in charge, verifying compliance with the KPI's agreed with such suppliers.
- Aligns with the training manager and supervises that the training programs including webinars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos,
content and social media strategies achieve the impact in the operation reaching the objectives of the brand.
- Plans and coordinates human resources for the operation and execution of the brand image at the Point of Sale, following the image guidelines of the Head Office and the Region.
- Joint management with the Retail team of In-store Marketing communication resources such as display (branded store furniture), POSM, (POP materials) that are executed through the promotion team.
- Control and qualified execution of the brand image at the points of sale.
- Alignment with the different areas to meet the business objective.
- Planning, control and measurement of the strategic execution of human and material resources through the appropriate segmentation of strategic and potential points of sale (Retail Mapping).
- Preparation of the corresponding reports, plans, budgets, results, etc. related to the corresponding area and position.
Requirements:
- Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Market Engineering or careers related to the position.
- At least 5 years of work experience as Sales Manager, preferably in technology companies.
- Regional and high impact sales team leader.
- Strategic planning in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills through proven results developing training content and training knowledge transfer.
- MS Office (intermediate ~ advanced).
- Intermediate ~ Advanced English.
