About the Company:




We are building a new startup developing an AI-assistant to help professionals to schedule meetings over email. We want to ensure our users have high quality scheduling and email communication, and we are looking for an experienced EA to help us handle easy and complex scheduling scenarios. Position Overview: As an Executive Assistant - Scheduling, you will be responsible for supporting our AI-powered executive assistant by managing and scheduling meetings when human intervention is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, provide a crucial human touch to complex scheduling needs, and be highly organized. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and Manage Scheduling Requests: Monitor email threads where the AI assistant requires human support and identify scheduling complexities beyond the AI's capabilities. Professional Communication: Coordinate with clients via email to schedule meetings and maintain a seamless user experience by emulating the AI assistant's tone.

Calendar Management: Access and manage users' Google Calendar to propose meeting slots and ensure scheduling accuracy.




Handle Complex Scenarios: Manage intricate scheduling tasks, including rescheduling, handling multiple participants, and working across time zones. Feedback and Improvement: Document recurring scheduling challenges and provide feedback to help improve AI functionality.

Requirements: Essential: Proficiency with Gmail and Google Calendar. Excellent written communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience as an executive assistant or in a scheduling role.

Familiarity with other email and calendar platforms (e.g., Microsoft Outlook). Understanding of international time zones and global scheduling complexities. To
