Summary of the role: Are you ready to bridge the gap between T echnology and B usiness, driving Mobility solutions for the Americas market ? We’re looking for a Mobility Technical Pre-Sales (Sales Engineer) to support our customers and help shape the future of mobility with insights from the region’s unique needs . Why

This Role Matters As a key player in our T eam, you will , for the Mobility solutions : Be the technical & functional expert – supporting Account Managers and Sales teams in delivering Mobility distribution and IT solutions to Travel Resellers. Drive customer-centric product development – leveraging your market expertise to gather customer needs and help our Product team build and prioritize impactful solutions .





Boost business growth – crafting strategic plans to grow revenue, managing the Sales Pipeline , and driving pre-sales opportunities. ️ Ensure seamless solution delivery – applying your technical and engineering expertise to support implementation, upgrades, and post-sales success . Be the link between customers and Amadeus teams – working closely with Engineering, Product, Delivery, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Own customer relationships and results – with a hands-on approach to understanding needs, defining requirements, and overseeing solution delivery . In this role you’ll: Work on both customer acquisition ("hunting") and retention ("farming") :

- Engage in technical pre-sales activities, including RFPs, RFIs, and pre-sales meetings with potential customers.
- Build strong,



long-term customer relationships and provide technical guidance for issue resolution and escalations.

Analyze market trends and competitors :

- Conduct market research and benchmarking to understand the competitive landscape and industry trends.

Collaborate with Travel Seller account management teams :

- Support customers in their day-to-day operations and contribute to retention strategies.

️ Shape the future of Amadeus Mobility solutions :

- Provide customer-driven insights to Product Management for platform enhancements .
- Contribute innovation ideas to keep our products and platform ahead of the competition.
- Offer guidance on our product portfolio , including APIs, SDKs, GUIs, and White Label solutions .

Engage in Agile development processes :





- Actively participate in software development lifecycles and collaborate with Engineering teams in Scrum activities .

About our ideal candidate: Education & Languages:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science , Engineering, or a related field.

A master’s in marketing or an MBA is a plus.

- Professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required ; additional languages are a plus.

Experience & Expertise :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management or Commercial roles and in international context .
- Sales experience in addition to a strong technical background.
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to adapt to various audience levels, including C-level executives, commercial teams, engineers, and leadership.

Industry & Business Knowledge:

- Understanding of the Travel Industry and Mobility market,



including pre-arranged transfers, C ar R entals, MaaS (Mobility as a Service), C ar S haring, U rban M obility, and M icro
- M obility.
- Familiarity with Travel Sellers and online distribution channels.

Skills & Competencies :

- Experience working with digital products, APIs, and system integrations in a commercial or product management capacity .
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe .
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and programs, with financial awareness and a strong business/customer focus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with business acumen.
