The Role Sinclair is looking for a Key Account Manager in Colombia, to the southern region of Bogota. The purpose of the role is to deliver the EBD portfolio Sales targets and objectives in the defined Territory. This includes responsibility for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close and training customers where necessary on all products within the Sinclair Colombia EBD portfolio.

It also includes providing leads and customer information for the Injectables business unit in Colombia and to work with the Injectables business unit to generate Sinclair Portfolio customers. The position involves working closely with the marketing team implementing marketing strategies to expand the customer base,

Development of new customers to Sinclair in the Territory.

Create a simple monthly operating rhythm within the Territory as well as the wider Sinclair Colombia team with a performance dashboard.



Develop and improve selling skills and competencies. Plan and carry out the sales and promotion of the Sinclair Colombia EBD portfolio to clinicians/customers in order to achieve Territory sales objectives.

Provide clinician training (workshops) for the proper use of the Sinclair Colombia EBD portfolio, within or outside the Territory. Attend Congresses/meetings pertinent to the various treatment applications of Sinclair’s portfolio of products. Create and maintain quality professional relationships with all customers within the Territory.

Accountable for achieving the Territory’s sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Work with the Sales Manager to analyse and develop the Territory. Responsible to manage, monitor, report, communicate on the Territory’s performance on a monthly basis to the Sales Manager.





Working closely with the Sales Manager to provide balanced feedback on marketing materials/campaign impact in the Territory. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Essential Qualifications:

- At least 3 years in a sales role preferably in the aesthetic EBD industry.
- Proven track record in achievement.
- Strong evidence of sales performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Customer knowledge and market dynamics.
- Experience in the use of CRM platforms.
