First. Job Objective: Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of health and safety (H&S;) systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, company policies,
and best practices to foster a safe and healthy work environment. Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist in implementing and maintaining the organization’s H&S; management system in alignment with legal and organizational standards. 2. Collect, analyze, and report health and safety performance indicators, including incident and accident trends. 3. Conduct workplace risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
4. Analyze the absenteeism month over month. 5. Support the development and delivery of H&S; training programs and awareness campaigns for employees. 6. Maintain accurate documentation related to H&S; policies, procedures, and compliance audits.
7. Assist in the investigation of workplace incidents, identifying root causes,
and contributing to the development of corrective and preventive action plans. 8. Collaborate with the H&S; Leader to ensure timely reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies. 9. Monitor and support the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols across the organization.
10. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, standards, and best practices in occupational health and safety. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Valid occupational health and safety license (mandatory). 3. At least 2 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented industry. 4. Knowledge of national and international H&S; standards and regulations.
5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g.,
Excel, Power BI). 6. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Soft skills:
