PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE), a subdivision of SAP Cloud Success Services,
has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability, and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes by delivering services to SAP customers. As a CoE Business Process Consultant, you will deliver design and realization workshops for customers in the America Region (NA and LAC) and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. We are looking for passionate individuals with excellent functional, technical, and communication skills.
This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies across all industry segments. Business travel will be an essential part of this role. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Conduct functional design workshops and identify issues/risks while providing recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, and system landscape.
Support critical customer escalation and drive issues to resolution, building a trusted advisor relationship with the customer. Support customer implementations,
providing architectural inputs and best practices for business processes, enhancing customer productivity and satisfaction. Conduct root cause analysis with technical skills, providing solutions in complex environments.
Act as De-escalation Architect, identifying top issues, creating action plans, and analyzing system landscapes and core business processes. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, effectively interacting with all levels of customers and management. WORK EXPERIENCE 7+ years of experience as a Business Consultant in EAM and/or PLM and/or EPPM. Experience in greenfield implementation and brownfield conversion of S/4HANA with a focus on PM, CS,
PS Modules.
Experience in Cloud Solutions like SAP Asset Performance Management or SAP Field Service Management or EPPM is a differentiator. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Modules like PM/CS/PS/EPPM and integration with other SAP S/4HANA Modules. Good understanding of end-to-end SAP Supply Chain Management processes involving EAM/PLM/EPPM.
Technical expertise in SAP systems and integration architecture, including ABAP, HANA Database, and BTP technologies is a plus. LANGUAGE English
