Job Description The Vice President of Quality Assurance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's quality assurance strategy, ensuring compliance with client standards, and enhancing process efficiency through rigorous audits and quality consultancy strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) strategy aligned with business goals and industry standards. Establish and maintain a company-wide culture of continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to quality best practices.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive quality initiatives across all business units. Lead internal and external audits to evaluate adherence to regulatory, compliance, and industry standards.
Monitor key quality performance indicators and drive improvements.
Establish clear audit protocols and best practices for process evaluation and improvement. Design and implement process improvement strategies using Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies. Partner with customers to enhance operational efficiency, minimize defects, and improve product/service quality.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: An educational background in Business or Administrative fields. Advanced English level B2-C1 (conversational and written). A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
