We're now expanding to Colombia in 2025 to better serve our US clients. This new office will be our key hub for the Americas, creating exciting opportunities for talented professionals who want to grow with us. STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITY Join Arches’ executive leadership team as we establish our Americas hub in Bogota.
This pivotal role goes beyond traditional account management to encompass business development, operational leadership, and strategic growth planning. As one of the founding leaders of our Colombia office, you’ll help shape our regional strategy and position yourself for executive advancement as we expand throughout the Americas. LEADERSHIP MANDATE As a founding leader in our Bogota office, you’ll: Help establish and shape our Americas regional strategy.
Build and develop high-performing client service and operations teams. Drive our expansion and growth throughout the region. Contribute to executive decision-making for our global operations.
Position yourself for C-suite opportunities as we scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Account Growth Development (40%)
Develop and execute account growth strategies for key US clients. Lead complex, high-value expert engagements that drive client success.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing client organizations. Build deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers. Business Development & Revenue Generation (40%) Own late-stage business development processes for new client acquisition.
Drive contract negotiations and navigate complex compliance requirements. Develop strategic proposals for enterprise clients. Convert qualified opportunities into active client relationships.
Collaborate with global leadership on revenue targets and growth initiatives. Operational Leadership & Team Building (20%) Build, mentor and develop our multicultural Bogota team. Establish operational excellence standards for the Americas region.
Implement scalable processes adapted from our global best practices. Participate in strategic planning with executive leadership. Foster our entrepreneurial culture within the new office.
Drive performance management and professional development initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS Required Experience 3+ years of progressive experience in expert networks, with at least 2 years in senior client-facing roles. Proven track record growing strategic accounts with US consulting and financial services clients.
Experience closing complex enterprise deals and managing sales processes. Background in building and leading high-performing teams. Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Working location: Bogota. Preferred Qualifications Experience launching or scaling operations in new markets.
Background in management consulting or investment banking. Track record of P&L; responsibility or business unit leadership. International work experience, particularly in Latin America.
MBA or advanced degree. Spanish language proficiency (not required but advantageous). Strategic vision coupled with execution excellence.
Consultative relationship-building at senior levels. Business acumen and commercial instinct. Team leadership and talent development capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity. Ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Executive Compensation Competitive Base Salary with performance-based annual increases.
