We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Lead Generator to help us source new real estate opportunities in key markets like Miami and Los Angeles.

Position Overview We seek a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generator Specialist. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, networking, and building relationships.

Your main focus will be identifying and reaching out to potential sellers through multiple channels to create opportunities for our agents. Responsibilities 1. Proactively reach out to property owners via calls, emails, and direct mail.

2. Research and identify potential sellers based on market trends and real estate data. 3. Search the MLS for expired and withdrawn listings to identify potential sellers and listing appointments. 4. Prospect and target specific areas using pre-approved messages and scripts to generate listing appointments.

5. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads. 6. Work with the information provided by the Data Analyst to prioritize outreach efforts. 7. Track outreach activity and follow up with potential sellers regularly.

Key Requirements 1. No prior experience is required, but sales, real estate,



or cold outreach experience is a plus. 2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

3. Comfortable making calls and sending emails daily. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to generate results.

6. English proficiency at B2 or higher: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients, agents, and external partners.
