Director, Acceptance Solutions Product Management The Director of Acceptance Solutions, LAC, will be responsible for leading Acceptance Solutions Product Management and Visa programs within the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region.
This is an exciting opportunity within Visa's Value-added Services team, focusing on technologies that enhance security and customer experience throughout the Seller Journey, such as: Payer Interfaces (In-person acceptance, digital acceptance, tap to phone) Acceptance Risk (merchant and acquirer risk) Credential Management (account verification, tokenization, authentication, account updater) Post Purchase (disputes and Verifi solutions).

product management, client management and sales engineering, and provides an incredible opportunity for learning, organization visibility and career growth.

Responsibilities Lead product strategies and drive local product and client awareness.
Identify, design, and submit business cases for new product opportunities to generate revenue for Acceptance Solutions.
Develop Product Roadmaps to meet new market requirements and coordinate deployment plans with Global Product Management and Product Development.
Manage the P&L; of owned products, utilizing strategic planning and analytics to grow the Acceptance Solutions business.
Champion data-driven decisions for new product introductions and enhancements of existing products.
Advocate for designated products internally and externally, maintaining constant communication with markets and clients.




Develop sales strategies and collaborate with Sales teams to implement them.
Influence and track the adoption of key new strategic initiatives for Visa LAC.
Select and monitor performance metrics to assess product performance, revenue, scalability, and longevity.
Conduct market analysis and recommend strategies to leverage insights for product development.
Develop value propositions for products or product suites and build effective offers for sales channels.
Travel - This position will have approx.
15-20% travel.
This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.




Basic Qualifications 8 or more years of work experience in payments or related technology/financial services field, with a bachelor's degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
Preferred Qualifications Proven leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
Strategic and analytical mindset with an understanding of regional market trends and penetration tactics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with product, operations, and sales.
Ability to work proactively and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
Extensive experience in executing product adjustments across payment types, technologies, and customer industries.
Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plans in multiple markets.




Proven experience in navigating and supporting change programs across functional teams.
Track record of building relationships and engaging with colleagues across functions, levels, and geographies.
Vision and drive to set direction for commercial plans and leverage market insights to differentiate from competitors.
Understanding of the Latin America Markets and the ability to communicate in a multicultural environment.
Multilingual fluency – English & Spanish (Portuguese desirable).
