Graphic Designer / Desktop Publisher Designer Medellin - UX/UI 1 Position Full time We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Desktop Publisher to produce high-quality marketing materials, print designs, and digital assets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, formatting, and preparing files for both print and digital distribution, with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency.

we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Desktop Publisher to join our team and contribute to our creative projects.
Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other print collateral.
Develop visually appealing digital assets such as social media graphics, presentations, and web content.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure branding guidelines and visual standards are met.
Format and layout documents for print production, ensuring proper resolution, color accuracy, and file preparation.
Work with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.
Edit and revise materials based on feedback and project requirements.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates for future use.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry standards.
Skills: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Desktop Publisher , preferably in healthcare, marketing, or corporate environments.
Experience in Figma and UI/UX.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with print production processes, including prepress, color management, and typography.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of design principles, layout techniques, and branding strategies.
Experience with variable data printing (VDP) and automation tools is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email design) is a bonus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in graphic design and desktop publishing.
Experience working with healthcare or managed care organizations is a plus.
