Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being the key contact for ensuring the success of client projects? If so, we want to hear from you! About the Role: As a Client Success Manager , you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' marketing or software solutions deliver results.

You’ll manage day-to-day client interactions, oversee projects from conception to execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet their goals.



Your ultimate goal will be to create value for our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of accountability for clients' marketing or software campaigns, ensuring they meet expectations and KPIs.

Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and internal teams to deliver top-quality results. Cultivate strong relationships with clients by regularly communicating updates, addressing concerns, and identifying growth opportunities. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (design, tech, strategy), ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients. Help clients understand and optimize their marketing strategies or software tools for better outcomes. What

We’re Looking For: Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English (C1 level English is a must). Proven experience in a client success, account management, or customer service role in the marketing or software industry.

Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads ,



or other digital marketing platforms (strong plus!). Strong project management skills—able to multitask, prioritize, and keep multiple projects on track. High attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend creative solutions.
