They serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while also meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships. Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to offer tailored solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, updates, and addressing concerns.

Sales and Revenue Growth:



Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients. Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Manage the sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Account Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the client account, from onboarding to implementation to ongoing support. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure client needs are met.

Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Track and report on account performance and provide regular updates to clients. Market Research and Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Help clients identify new opportunities and stay competitive in their respective industries. Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies to align with client objectives. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing,



and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of services/products to clients.

Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and customer experience. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients. Administrative Duties: Manage and maintain client records, sales reports, and other documentation in CRM software.

Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and project plans related to client accounts. Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.

English B2 - C1 (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Time management and organizational skills.

100% Remote work (Only residents in Colombia). PTO. Monday to Friday schedule, 9am to 6pm EST.
