Responsibilities Research and Analysis Collect and analyze internal/external data to support opportunity responses and strategic initiatives. Conduct comprehensive customer, competitor, and market research to inform customer and opportunity strategies.

Collaborate with core account teams to build and maintain dedicated account management repositories (e.g., CSP, SharePoint, Teams). Sales Collateral Development and Knowledge Management Develop and coordinate the creation of sales documents and proposals using established tools, guidelines, and templates. Maintain and update sales qualification materials and reference documents in designated information management systems.

Oversee knowledge management systems, ensuring effective sharing of best practices and updated sales collateral across the organization. Opportunity Response Coordination Collaborate with sales, capture managers, and operations teams to identify response requirements and develop realistic response plans. Manage the creation, review, and approval of proposals, RFIs, qualifications,



and other response documents to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Monitor progress against opportunity response plans and coordinate bid clarification processes throughout the proposal cycle. General Coordination Activities Develop internal networks to facilitate the sharing of relevant information and best practices between offices. Ensure adherence to corporate standards and templates for a consistent, professional appearance in all sales materials.

Coordinate with graphics personnel and external print vendors to support the production of sales documents and assist with periodic sales reporting. Professional Degrees and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field to provide a strong business foundation. Additional certifications in sales methodologies or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to validate technical expertise.





Advanced training in proposal development or business development strategies to enhance competitive advantage. Technical Skills Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools to manage customer data and generate insightful reports. Expertise in preparing proposals and sales collateral—ensuring documents are accurate, well-formatted, and aligned with customer requirements.

Strong research and market analysis skills to support opportunity responses and sales strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing clarity and persuasive messaging in English. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Proven teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills to thrive in fast-paced, pressure-driven environments.



A minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales support or business development roles is required, to ensure the candidate can operate independently and handle complex sales processes.
