We’re growing our offerings, building on the launch of our successful streaming platform ViX. The Program Management Office at ViX is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team! The PMO’s responsibility is to work across the product and technology organization to deliver digital experiences that empower and entertain our users.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with strong technical skills,
experience in agile methodologies, and a track record of motivating teams to deeper levels of agility and self-organization to work as a Scrum Master for two of our engineering teams. ABOUT YOU: Great program managers understand Agile and understand how to implement and drive processes that enable high quality, predictable, and efficient delivery. You understand that transparency and visibility are key to establishing trust and alignment and that program managers need to be comfortable radiating information in different ways and formats.
You are relentless about tracking details. You are a great team player, working cross-functionally to build strong relationships and you are capable of negotiating tradeoffs and compromises among stakeholders. You will execute with confidence and lead by example, working to create an environment where every team member is able to live up to their full potential.

You love building high-quality experiences that delight and serve customers and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Agile Process: Facilitate Agile ceremonies at the team level and work with your teams to drive relentless improvement and improve business outcomes.
Product Operations: Drive transparency through use of project management tooling, ensuring that the team's work is tracked and status is radiated at the team and program level. Coach product managers on how to decompose stories for maximum flow. Gather work metrics to drive data-based decision making.
Quarterly Planning: Participate in quarterly planning and execution, including managing cross-team dependencies, making responsible commitments, and setting a delivery plan. Work collaboratively with the rest of the PMO to deliver on cross-functional commitments. Impediment Removal:
Proactively identify and remove impediments that may impact your team’s velocity or deliverables.
Coaching: Coach engineers, QA, and Product on Agile best practices. Help coordinate testing needs between developers and testers. Track and share data about team velocity and quality so they can grow.
Lead the team in drafting and upholding working agreements. Servant Leadership: Take a hands-on approach to working with your assigned teams and creating an environment of high performance and mutual respect. YOU HAVE: 5+ years experience using Agile project management methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver complex software development projects.
Experience delivering customer-facing applications is required, with streaming experience highly recommended. Experience managing competing priorities, negotiating compromises,
and interfacing between a technical team and business partners. Solid understanding of agile methodologies, with demonstrated success driving teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency.
CSM-required and an advanced-level Agile certification highly desired. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and implement ideas in a fast-paced creative environment. You possess unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
