Position: Bilingual customer service Agent
Salary: 3,000,000
Immediate contract
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 -6:00 pm
For this job you must:
-English B2 or C1
-Experience in customer services
-Full time availability.
-Be fluent in English and Spanish
-Have outstanding communication skills
- Have negotiations background
- Know how to multitask and work under pressure
- Be responsible and ready to work.
- Microsoft Office Suite Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and other tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer and Forward Telephone Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
2. Listen to Voice Messages and Return Calls:
Make sure to follow up on voice messages in a timely manner.
3. Process Orders: Manage orders received by email, telephone, fax or in-person visits, using the SAP system.
4. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with customers.
5. Enter Accurate Customer Data: Maintain updated records in the computer database.
6. Resolve Customer Issues with Orders: Address any order-related issues quickly.
7. Other Duties Assigned by the Manager.
8. Distribute and Collect Information for Customer Surveys: Help collect data for customer surveys.
