We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the first-line technical support contact for our global organization, you will be responsible for delivering direct, end-to-end technology support our employees while providing exceptional service. ?
The ideal candidate will be an analytical and logical problem solver with exceptional communication skills, able to assist both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels of the organization.
Essential Functions:
✔️Maintain and develop strong technical expertise in Shorelight's key technologies, including operating systems, browsers, voice and data networking, Endpoint Management (Kandji, MS Intune), Sophos Central, Zoom,
Outlook email client, Office 365, Okta SSO, Ivanti Helpdesk, and more.
✔️Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues through phone, web, and in-person channels.
Minimum Qualifications:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in IT or a related field, with a strong background in operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS), desktop support, security, networking, system administration, scripting, and other IT technologies.
✔️ Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken. Candidates must be able to articulate ideas clearly and understand complex instructions. Minimum English level of B2+ or higher required.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, and a wide range of cloud-based and SaaS applications in a business environment.
