Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Overview:

Overseeing Partner on-Boarding Process in all the technical stages according to the guidelines set by RMH. These efforts are mostly (70%) focused on Latin America; however, some are also in other parts of the world such as Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Support Sales with technical presentations about the product and assisting in sales meetings with existing partners.

Setup a Spanish RMH Online Training Program that would mirror RMH Corporate efforts.

BiiT IT Infrastructure setup and assistance when needed.





Be knowledgeable about the ecosystem around RMH and help with the ISV Program revising technical aspects of the ISV products.

RMH Knowledge:

1. Ability to install and configure the RMH suite of products
2. Good knowledge of the RMH product features
3. Basic familiarity with the RMH database footprint
4. Ability to implement RMH in the store by adhering to best implementation and project management practices

Technical Support & Assistance to Partners:

Work with our partners on some critical tickets from translating to articulating technical aspects of issues for a fast resolution. Sometimes this requires regular calls with partners to go over existing tickets and resolution status and clarifications.

Skills Needed:

1. Computer Skills:

- Ability to perform basic hardware upgrades and troubleshooting. Understanding of RAM, storage, RAID controllers, network cards, etc.
- Understanding of the Windows operating system. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, such as driver updates, low disk usage, resource monitoring, etc.
- Familiarity with computer virtualization
- Understanding of OPOS standards
- Device configuration and troubleshooting

Computer Networking:

- Understanding of network cabling, IP addressing (DHCP vs. Static), Gateways, Routers, Firewalls
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues (incl. anti-virus firewall)

3. SQL Server Skills and Knowledge:

- Ability to install and configure MS SQL Server
- Ability to create and restore database backups
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues related to network connections, addressing, communication protocols, ports, etc.
- Basic familiarity with T-SQL syntax; ability to create select and update queries; basic understanding of triggers and stored procedures

Compensation:

Base Salary to be determined based on experience





Bonus Compensation for attaining established goals on a QTR
