Role Description: The Lead Generation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s business development initiatives by identifying and cultivating new client opportunities. This individual will be responsible for researching and qualifying prospects, designing and executing targeted email and social media campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies focused on email marketing and social media campaigns to target potential clients across multiple ideal client profiles.
- Utilize CRM and other marketing platforms to manage and analyze lead generation campaigns, ensuring a seamless flow of information and maximizing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Create compelling content for email marketing campaigns and social media platforms, tailored to different segments of the target audience to ensure high engagement rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- At least 6 months to 1
Year of experience in Sales via email, marketing campaigns, etc.
