Superhuman is building the most desired pre-workout energy brand, creating seriously fun products that actually work. We're looking for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker to lead our product marketing. The Role:
- Fluent English in both written and verbal is required We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin & Payroll Specialist to support our HR and payroll functions.
This part-time role requires expertise in payroll processing, compliance with state taxes, and other HR administrative tasks within Rippling (HRIS) . The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing payroll and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. What
You'll Do: Process bi-monthly payroll accurately and timely using Rippling. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions. Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly. Assist with workers’ compensation claims, reporting, audits, and other admin tasks.
Ensure proper classification of employees for workers’ comp. Handle state tax registrations, filings, and compliance across multiple states. Maintain employee records and documentation within Rippling.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes. Support HR compliance, including employee handbook updates and labor law postings. Generate reports and track HR/payroll metrics as needed.
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
Proficiency in Rippling (HRIS) or similar payroll/HR platforms. Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws and workers’ compensation. Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
