- Understanding of configurable business processes, approvals, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with structured development methodologies such as IT service management, Agile workflows, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving ability and technical acumen.
- Ability to proactively develop and implement efficient solutions.
- Relevant industry certifications preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives in designing and deploying enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
- Conduct reviews of technical work,
uphold quality standards, and enforce best practices.
- Coordinate integrations with external providers to ensure smooth system interoperability.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Implement security best practices throughout development processes.
What You’ll Bring: Experience
- 7-10 years in a senior technical role focused on cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Completion of at least one full-scale deployment in financial, logistics, or HR systems.
- A minimum of 5 years working with cloud platform extension tools and middleware solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience managing and mentoring a technical team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
Communication and Leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring technical teams.
