The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in technology management,
capable of driving innovation and excellence in our technical operations. Your challenge at Yuno 1. Lead and oversee all aspects of the technology department, including software development, infrastructure, and IT operations.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive technological innovation and achieve business objectives. 3. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals and priorities.
5. Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. 6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. 7. Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Skills you need Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 2.
Strong background in dashboard design focusing on UI/UX best practices.
3. Ability to translate complex data and functionalities into user-friendly interfaces. 4. 8+ years of experience in frontend development and software architecture. 5. Proven experience leading engineering teams.
6. Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures. 7. Strong knowledge of API integrations and scalable backends. 8. Proven track record of success in a technology leadership role, preferably within the fintech industry.
9. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technology frameworks, and best practices. 10. Experience managing and leading diverse teams, with a focus on talent development and retention. 11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
