We're looking for a passionate and versatile Sales and Business Development Manager. In this role, you will: What you’ll be doing (i.e. job duties):
- Develop and close sales and partnership initiatives for prospective B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C partners, focusing on globally oriented customers with cross-border payment and USD account needs.
- Refine and scale our existing sales engine.
- Collaborate with the Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Leverage your existing deep network to identify, source, and close new revenue-generating customers.
- Ensure a smooth handoff and alignment on high-value opportunities with the Sales and Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate sales activity tracking in HubSpot.
- Leverage feedback from prospects to help refine the entire process.
What we look for in you (i.e. job requirements):
- Hard Skills
- 5-10 years of Sales and/or Business Development experience in the Global Fintech or Crypto space.
- Existing relationship base with senior professionals in the Global Fintech or Crypto space.
- Clear understanding of the value proposition stablecoins and the blockchain bring to cross-border payments.
- Soft Skills
- Proactive cross-functional communicator with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Team player with experience in globally oriented organizations.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent follow-through and closing skills.
Nice to haves:
- Prior startup experience.
- Familiarity with AI automation and CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of global fintech and crypto landscape and relevant regulations.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, or both.
