Are you ready to provide top-notch support in a dynamic and high-pressure environment?Talon Powersports is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support Harley-Davidson dealerships and customers.
Training Schedule:
Dates: Starts March 21st
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM (Eastern) with a 1-hour lunch break
Note: On March 9th, please adjust your schedule 1 hour ahead due to daylight saving time.
Work Schedule:
Hours: 45 hours per week, 100% on-site
Location: Murano (Calle 40 sur 41-44), Envigado
Operations: 7 AM - 9 PM, 5 days a week with Sundays off
Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative,
you will provide exceptional software and accounting support to Harley-Davidson dealerships and customers through calls. This role requires handling inquiries and issues in a high-pressure environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
