Our client is a New York-based leader in electronic security, delivering state-of-the-art security solutions to some of the world’s largest corporations and government institutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Remote Inside Security Solutions Sales Specialist who is skilled in estimating, lead generation, and technical sales support.

The Role

What You’ll Own

Estimating & Proposal Development

1. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to create detailed and accurate security system estimates.
2. Develop proposals for access control, CCTV, cabling, low voltage systems, servers, computing, and network switches.

Lead Generation & Cold Outreach

1.



Make 100+ outbound calls daily to identify and qualify new leads.
2. Use email outreach, CRM tools, and online resources to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
3. Schedule high-value meetings for senior sales representatives with key decision-makers.

Technical Sales Support

1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive, client-focused proposals.
2. Ensure accurate documentation of all estimates and project details for a smooth execution process.

Client Engagement & Communication

1. Engage professionally with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on security project requirements.
2. Leverage technical expertise to communicate value and close deals.

Ideal Profile

Who You Are

1. Industry Expert – Experience in electronic security, low-voltage engineering, or security integration is required.
2. Skilled Estimator – You can read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and security system designs.
3. Sales-Driven & Resilient – You have experience in cold calling, lead generation, and high-volume outreach.
4.



Detail-Oriented & Organized – You manage complex proposals with precision and efficiency.
5. Tech-Savvy Communicator – You’re proficient in CRM tools, online lead generation, and security technology solutions.
