New Business Commercial Manager in General Insurance We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial manager to join our team in Medellín, Colombia.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in commercial roles, with a strong understanding of general insurance and law. They will also be proficient in Spanish and advanced English, and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. As a commercial manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Visiting prospective companies and defining strategies to identify opportunities and needs. 2. Transforming identified opportunities into solutions that Aon can provide to prospective clients. 3. Complying with the budget for new business in Medellín.

Analyzing and managing priority prospects. 5. Reviewing databases of prospective clients for the company. 6. Registering information in tools defined by the corporation.
7. Identifying needs of prospective clients that could be met by Aon. 8. Scheduling appointments with potential clients. 9. Conducting commercial visits to ensure market awareness of Aon's services.
10. Including business opportunities in the Aon Connet tool. 11. Transferring details of the offer and/or needs to the corresponding area. 12. Presenting clients with proposals according to their needs.
13. Following up with technical management in charge of the elaboration of the proposal. 14. Establishing that the prospect reaches profitability margins. 15. Making visits to clients to present proposals.
16. Following up with clients to establish the feasibility of the business. 17. Delivering the proposal to the customer service area and filling out established delivery minutes. 18. Requesting and guaranteeing the reception of all necessary documents for the issuance of the insurance program.
