Location: Bogota, Colombia Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Sales Operations for Global Services to lead and drive strategic initiatives across geographies.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing global teams, service sales operations, and sales enablement within the networking industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of service business, sales operations, partner ecosystems, and customer engagement strategies to support business growth and enhance service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-regional team of services operations professionals.




Collaborate with the Go to Market Business Operations and IT to identify and implement system enhancements that improve sales processes and tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
Oversee service business operations and support services sales teams to maximize revenue and retention.
Lead and drive high-impact, strategic projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements.
Implement KPIs and performance metrics to track service operations effectiveness.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize service operations, cost efficiency, and scalability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders like Partner leaders, Customer Success and Finance to drive service operations strategies.
Collaborate with Go to Market sales operations to streamline processes, optimize sales workflows, and ensure seamless integration between services and sales functions.
Collaborate with senior leaders across departments including finance, sales, product management, marketing, etc.
Key Requirements:



15+ years of experience in global services, service operations, sales enablement, or customer success within the networking industry .
Proven experience in managing geographically dispersed teams and driving a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Strong understanding of services sales, renewals, business analytics, and sales enablement strategies to drive decision-making.
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and service integrators .
Expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, and automation of service operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
Ability to work in a fast-paced,



matrixed environment and influence decision-making at senior levels.
Experience with ITIL frameworks, managed services, and service delivery methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
