Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Execute the HR services processes for Brazil: benefits administration, personnel and document administration, HRIS, and data management according to regional and global frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the execution with excellence of the HR Services/Hire to Retire processes including Document Management, Leave and Absence Administration, Master Data Management, and SAP Maintenance of Data.Ensure receipt of mandatory documents to begin the hiring process,
contact with the new employee for personal documentation, and ensure the new employee's contract is signed on their first day of work.Administer Exit Management and correct registration in the payroll system, ensuring compliance with local legislation.Administer time management with correct systemic parameterization in payroll and working hours control systems, ensuring accuracy to avoid payroll errors.Ensure benefits administration processes for the country, aligning with regional and local organization Rewards.Administrate mobility local activities to ensure compliance with mobility policy and local legislation.Manage employee inquiries related to HR Services processes.Manage HR Services and benefits vendors.Ensure proper and timely payment of all HR Services/H2R-related invoices.Prepare for government and company audits related to the area.Work in alignment with HR and legal teams for employee and labor relations activities.Partner with HRD and/or business for alignment and best-in-class services.Key Relationships:
Global and Regional GBS HR teamsHR Services and Payroll VendorsHR/Talent acquisition/Rewards/WorkplaceFinance and GBS FinanceLegalInternal controlKnowledge Skills and Abilities: Experienced in the job and fully qualified/trained for the countries supported.Broad theoretical and practical knowledge including company policies and practices.Knowledge of Brazil's local processes, practices, and labor law.Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g., SAP, Success Factors).Knowledge of local Labor System of Government (e.g., Conectividade Social, E-Social, DCTF Web).Ability to influence others.Experience managing/working with virtual teams.Office management skills.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 4 to 5 years of work experience.Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field.At adidas, we have a winning culture.
