DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Master processes, documentation, and terminology in international shipping from purchase order to delivery.
Apply industry knowledge to respond to customer requests.
Coordinate shipments to meet customer SOP requirements.
Maintain high data integrity for shipment details, INCOterms, routing, dates, and documents.
Understand pricing and complete low to medium complexity customer quotes.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, C.H.
Robinson offices, agents, and vendors.
Foster positive working relationships within the team.
Leverage CHR's network of departments, support teams, and leadership.
Adhere to and maintain customer SOPs.
QUALIFICATIONS Required: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
Advanced English .
Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs.
High level of attention to detail.
