About the role: The Senior Analyst

- HR Analytics looking after analytics is a crucial role in supporting the Sr Director, People Solutions Experience (PSX) by optimizing our HR technology footprint, looking at our multiple HR Data sources (Primarily Workday) and measuring our project KPIs, partnering with stakeholder groups to build dashboards and data sources, driving a consumer level experience.

This role collaborates closely with our People Experience, HR Global Business services, Finance and wider HR community to enable data as a conversation aide.



This role will also support strategic initiatives and contribute to the long-term roadmap and governance of HR technology. Your Key duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze HR data from various sources, including Workday, ServiceNow, and digital adoption platforms, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify areas for improvement in HR processes, employee experience, and technology adoption.
- Collaborate with HRIS team, HR business partners, and IT to gather data requirements, ensure data integrity, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Leverage ServiceNow (all systems) data to analyze HR service delivery performance,



identify bottlenecks, and recommend process optimizations.
- Analyze data from digital adoption platforms to understand user behavior, measure the effectiveness of training and support resources, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and technology adoption.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting.

About you: Skills & Experience

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical and functional information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills with handling large data sets and a diverse set of stakeholders and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.




- Ability to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term planning and governance of HR technology.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.

Qualifications/Education

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing HRIS implementation and maintenance, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to align them with HRIS capabilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems specifically Workday, especially Peakon with Service

Now being preferred.

- Knowledge of Adoption and Automation tooling (UIPath, WalkMe, WhatFix etc).
- Strong project management skills,



with experience leading system implementations and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Deep understanding of the Workday platform, including system design, complex configurations, dashboard development, business processes, and security.
- Experience implementing multiple Workday modules and managing inter-system data transfers and integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.

Principal Contacts: Collaborate with Internal COEs and GBS Teams to align HRIS functionalities with business needs. Travel Requirements Minimal travel required. Languages English: Fluent in Writing/Reading and Speaking.
