Plan A Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, with high quality, and within budget. The projects will vary in size and complexity, and may involve supporting larger, more complex initiatives. In this role, you will track progress on key milestones based on Agile development teams and provide updates to the project plan.
You will implement an established plan and monitor progress and performance against it. Regular reports will be prepared to communicate project status both within and beyond the project team.
You will collaborate with product owners to achieve project target milestones and ensure successful delivery to internal and/or external clients.

1. Exercise discretion and independent judgment, developing detailed project plans for managing the critical path and major milestones for product launches and/or complex product deployments. 2. Responsible for ensuring timely and effective delivery of the solution into production. 3. Communicate effectively and consistently with management and cross-functional business team members.
4. Administer projects with a span of influence that typically require working with multiple functional areas or small teams or groups, such as Training, IT, Marketing, etc., within the company. 5. Guide project plans that include standard templates but may need simple revisions to accommodate a minor customization to meet the business requirement; project plans are straightforward but may include some non-routine requirements. 6.
Identify the need for issue escalation; points of escalation are typically with the direct supervisor or within the project team.
7. Direct projects that have some potential for scope change, which requires collaboration, negotiation, and/or conflict management with internal and/or external stakeholders. 8. Ensure all projects are properly and accurately estimated and timely billed. 9. Monitor and track the budget; may need to request assistance to resolve identified variances.
10. Make minor decisions which can lead to minimal consequences to the project’s delivery schedule. 11. Maintain and communicate RAID items. 12. Maintain key success indicators as identified by the PMO and product team.
EXPERIENCE 1. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology or related certification and work experience required. 2.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
3. Experience leading projects utilizing Agile/Scrum. 4. Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. 7. Experience using and reporting on a software development lifecycle. 8. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
