We are hiring Regional Sales Manager - Andean Region Looking for candidates from FOOD COLOR/INGREDIENT INDUSTRY ONLY Candidates must be based in Colombia Opportunity for Mid Management Level 5 days Working Reporting to CEO - Americas Job Responsibility Build strategy as part of the entire sales team of all domestic markets for Synthetic colors, Natural colors, dehydrated foods, freeze-dried foods.
Oversee daily operations of the sales team, coordinating the development of key performance goals.
Lead execution of the strategy in sales, marketing, and product innovation.
Provide visible leadership for our brand values, culture, and sustainability.
Build a strong B2B sales and marketing function for Synthetic & Natural colors .
Establish key relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Manage sales channels, dealer distributor networks, and brand reputation risks.
Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to key customers in Natural & Synthetic colors.
Engage in key targeted customer activities.
Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
Evaluate and decide upon key investments in talent.
Communicate strategy and results to the entire team.
Ensure the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan for the organization or business unit.
Manage outstanding and credit processes with key customers.
Identify and develop markets for Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela.
Develop business in our markets.
