Responsibilities 1. Manage and guide the local HR team 2. Work closely with business functions to provide high-impact HR business support during the full employee life cycle
3. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning 4. Develop studio recruitment strategy, and manage already existing company initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding 5. Recruit key talents for the internal client
6. Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes to secure sustainable results built on true collaboration with stakeholders 7. Take ownership of & manage complex HR Projects cross-functionally 8.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partner with the legal department as needed & required 9. Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks 10. Ensure the compliance of existing and created guidelines, processes and procedures with Global HR policies across Evolution
11. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations 12. Provide managers with tools & guidelines on how to better interact with their teams
13. Track key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding decisions and the quality of work 14. Develop and control the budget Qualifications 1. 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a large company
2. 3+ years of experience as HRBP and/or middle-level manager 3. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices 4. Thorough knowledge of local labor legislation
5. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis,
employee and union relations etc. 6. Excellent knowledge of full recruitment process and sourcing 7. Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 9. Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders 10. Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
11. Is confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority, along with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally; 12. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 13. Advanced computer literacy
14. Excellent knowledge of English language ( C1 Level) 15. Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles 16.
You must be available to work at both of our locations in Medellín.
