Job Description : Social Media Manager
Scope
- Flexible, 20 hours a week
- Remote work with primary communication via email
- Collaborate closely with business owners to understand and reflect company values and goals
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy of the company
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Hardison Homes’ rebranding efforts
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms
- Manage and schedule regular posts across all social media accounts
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with business owners to gather content ideas and align with overall marketing goals
- Respond to social media inquiries and engage with the audience in a timely manner
- Track and report on social media performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with the residential remodeling and roofing industry is a plus
