Vertiv Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Marketing Operations Specialist The Marketing Operations Specialist is part of the creative services team at Vertiv, a global team of ~30 professionals in visual communication, web design, multimedia production, and branding.
The role supports digital marketing activities, internal and external communications, and digital asset management.
This function includes but is not limited to updating information on various databases and marketing documents, lead routing, distributing marketing newsletters and campaigns targeted at customers and sales representatives, marketing analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities Manages the digital asset management system for the creative services team by keeping the assets current and providing technical support to system users.
Digital asset organization: Curate, catalog, and organize digital assets, ensuring they are easily searchable and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Metadata management: Develop and implement metadata standards to enhance the discoverability and usability of digital assets.
Enforces standards that align with the standards set by the global digital asset management administrator and enables the cascade of best practices to the creative services team.
Supports implementing systems and tools used by the corporate marketing team, such as digital asset and project management systems, regarding change management, communication, and roll-out of training programs.
Deploys email newsletters and electronic campaigns targeted at customers and sales representatives using a marketing automation platform (Oracle Marketing Cloud, Eloqua).
Guides marketers regarding segmentation and database maintenance within the marketing automation system (Oracle Marketing Cloud, Eloqua)
to maximize the reach and effectiveness of the regional marketing programs.
Supports introducing new products, services, and solutions to the market by creating and editing pages on the website and maintaining sales enablement tools.
Partners with the Senior Creative Project Manager to manage the department's budget, including spending, projections, and invoices.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing operations and marketing, either in in-house or agency creative roles.
Working knowledge of current-day digital asset management systems, such as OpenText Digital Asset Management.
Experience with digital asset management systems and project management is required.
Strong understanding of metadata standards and best practices.
Basic knowledge of SEO.
Working knowledge of work management software, preferably Wrike.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
