EXECUTEL Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Bilingual Technical Support Specialist We are seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients across Latin America.
This role requires hands-on experience in either mechanics, construction, air conditioning repair, general infrastructure maintenance, or basic electricity to effectively troubleshoot and support customers using our steam cleaning equipment .
You will primarily handle inquiries via email , offering technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing clear and professional support.
Assist Spanish-speaking clients with troubleshooting and product-related questions.
Translate and communicate effectively between customers and internal teams when needed.
Document customer interactions to ensure efficiency in follow-ups and resolutions.
Offer guidance on product usage and best practices.
Identify opportunities for upselling when applicable.
Qualifications & Skills Fluent in both Spanish and English (written & spoken) – essential for customer and internal communications.
Experience in customer service Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn about the product.
Previous experience in mechanics, construction, or technical trades, with knowledge of air conditioning repair, general infrastructure maintenance, and basic electricity skills.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently are a plus.
Comfortable working in an email-based support environment .
