Setting Sales Goals : Establishing sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them. Team Management : Leading and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Sales Planning :



Creating and implementing sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue. Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers. Market Analysis : Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting : Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to senior management. Training and Development : Providing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Budget Management : Managing the sales budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Negotiation : Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Collaboration : Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Who are we looking for?

Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.



Preferable with 5 years of working experience in sales and 3 as a sales manager leader 4 years minimum working in a general CRM environment Who is TDCX?
