What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for technology and helping others? In this role, you’ll work to resolve customer technical requests or issues via voice and chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly,
consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Bring your passion and love for technology to know what’s going on with the latest technology products and help customers
- Answer verbal and written incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only
What You Bring to the Role
- 1 year or more of technical support / troubleshooting experience
- Experience with voice, chat, text, email as well as other non-verbal platforms
- Strong product knowledge of multiple tech support systems and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect w / customers using verbal and written communication
- Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong leadership and cognitive skills -Decision-making and problem-solving
