Job Description

Compensation : COP 2.8M / month.

Location :

Colombia, Norte Centro Historico, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia.

Responsibilities and more :

We are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative with patience, responsibility, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer experience. The CSR is responsible for developing relationships between our clients, service technicians, and operations. We are looking for problem-solvers who enjoy working independently and as part of a team, and are looking to start a professional career.

Requirements

Soft Skills :

- Positive attitude.
- Kind, empathetic, and polite with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Emotional intelligence to handle stressed customers.

Hard Skills :

- Proficient with technology.




- Ability to type more than 40 words per minute.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of CRM systems is highly valued.
