Contract : Independent Contractor

Client Timezone : Brisbane / Global Team (Flexible Schedule)

Job Type : Full-Time, 40 hours per week

We’re now searching for a Head of Marketing (Client Communications) who would be talking to client-models of our company and manage our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform market research into different growth areas and produce marketing strategies for trial implementation by Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Client Success
- Develop marketing campaigns for models, including supplementary revenue generating strategies, social media and brand development
- Optimise content distribution strategies across OnlyFans, social media, and other platforms.
- Manage department budgets and ensure a positive ROI for successful marketing strategy implementation.
- Implement growth hacking strategies to increase follower counts, paying subscribers, and tipping / gifting.
- Analyse performance data to refine marketing strategies and meet agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Client Success to define the ideal model persona.




- Work with Head of Quality Assurance to ensure marketing strategies can be met by platform capabilities.

Requirements

- An expert in digital marketing, social media, and subscription-based content




- Proven track record of managing marketing and conversions in high-growth environments
- Tech Savvy : Notion, Zoom, Google Suite are some platforms extensively used
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Digital nomads are a plus

Someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and understands startups

Requirements

Key Responsibilities : Oversee all digital and traditional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team of 20 to achieve ambitious goals. Oversee hiring, training, and professional development within the marketing department. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.



Work with the Finance Manager to manage ingoing and outgoing payments from the marketing platform + structure staff payments. Data-Driven Growth & Innovation Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Drive innovation in marketing tactics to maintain a competitive advantage. Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to scale marketing initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the backend and management teams to align marketing strategies with company goals. Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to execute campaigns efficiently. Risk Management Identify and mitigate marketing-related risks, such as reputational damage or compliance issues. Ensure all marketing practices adhere to legal and ethical standards. Ensure that the clients privacy is a top priority Key Skills and Experience :



Proven track record of successfully leading marketing efforts in high-growth environments. Tech-savvy (experience with Notion, Zoom, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and the Google ecosystem is a must). Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth hacking, and data analytics & automation Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both client facing and team facing) What We Offer : Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
