Key Responsibilities :
Be the friendly and professional , handling calls, texts, and emails with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Assist customers with scheduling and adjusting appointments , ensuring smooth daily operations.
Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and contribute fresh ideas to improve processes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and updates.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Tackle challenges with a "let’s make it happen" attitude , solving problems quickly and efficiently.
Take full ownership of your role , contributing to the growth and success of the team.
