Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in English via phone, addressing concerns and questions about the payment application.
- Guide users in resolving technical and financial issues with the app.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
- Manage the call process efficiently , ensuring service quality.
- Document and follow procedures to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- English Level B2 : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Residence in Bogotá .
- Over 18 years old .
- High school diploma required.
- Basic computer skills (operating systems, internet) and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills .
- For foreign applicants : Valid PPT and passport required.
- On-site work at our offices in Urban 165 .
