The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and executing talent management strategies aligned with organizational objectives. His / her mission is to lead human resources initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor policies, performance management, talent development and the promotion of a positive work environment. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing administrative tasks such as facilities and procurement. The role requires a keen understanding of HR, TA and Admin best practices, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Requirements
As the Human Resources Manager with the role of Head for the Human Resources function, you will be responsible for the following :
1. Leads the HR function, developing strategic plans and objectives that align with the company’s vision, mission, and overall business goals.
2. Oversees recruitment processes, including talent acquisition strategies and onboarding programs, to attract and retain top talent.
3. Manages employee relations issues and fosters a positive workplace culture that promotes SIGNATeUngRaEgement, satisfaction, and retention aligned with organizational values.
4. Drives the execution of the performance management system, setting performance goals for the HR team and providing coaching to line management.
5. Designs competitive compensation packages and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations while conducting salary surveys to maintain market competitiveness.
6. Ensures adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and initiates the development of HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices.
7.
Identifies opportunities for HR process efficiencies (including Onboarding and Off boarding of Employees) and implements approved innovations to enhance overall HR operations.
8. Develops training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities, supporting capacity-building initiatives across the organization
9. Performs other essential HR-related tasks and projects as required to support the organization's goals and objectives.
You will report directly to the Global People and Culture Director at SuperStaff. Working hours are from Monday to Friday
