You Will Do?
As the GPE
- e-sourcing expert, you will be responsible for driving the global expansion and adoption of e-Sourcing under the Global Procurement enablement team, including the organization, technology, and processes without any business disruption.
You will provide business services to our internal clients and grow enterprise e-sourcing tendering activities, playing the role of a subject matter expert. This position will lead the e-Sourcing function and plan its strategies in close partnership with business functions to drive “total value” delivery,
increase compliance and quality of services, eliminate operational risks, and enhance stakeholder experience. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive cost savings and efficiency gains through e-procurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement and sustain the strategic roadmap for the e-Sourcing function, aligned with Global Procurement strategies. Analyze bidding data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of e-auction events, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Partner with global Sourcing Category owners to define and execute the right go-to-market and contract lifecycle management strategies through Kenvue tools, including but not limited to e-RFx (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and e-Auctions.
Facilitate training and functional help for e-Sourcing systems, acting as the senior point of escalation for general user support and problem determination. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate e-auction results, savings achievements, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and best-in-class processes while providing day-to-day support.
Execute on key support activities such as content enablement, training, onboarding, policies and process updates, and reporting. Coach and support the procurement team towards new processes, tools, and systems. Streamline Procurement processes to reduce time and effort on day-to-day by analyzing end-to-end processes.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all systems, including usage and maintenance. What We
Are Looking For Required Qualifications:
3+ years of working experience in Procurement. 5+ years of proven experience in Procurement process and tools projects.
3+ years of people management experience. Proven experience with procurement systems. Tech-savvy with high-level Excel skills.
Experience in ERP-related projects. Experience in Process improvement projects. Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or similar. Strong knowledge of End-to-End Procurement processes.
eSourcing or eContracts tools rollout experience. Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Skills and Experience: A relevant degree (e.g., Systems, Business, Engineering, Science), preferably complemented by a CIPS/ISM certification.
Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Experience working in matrix organizations at a global level.
Demonstrated experience leading indirectly teams through organizational transformation.
