Your Business Area/Department: Outpayce is the payments solutions business unit at Amadeus. We are a fast-growing business working with Travel Sellers, Airlines, and Hospitality Customers to help them with their payment needs.
Summary of the Role: This position's purpose is to develop and achieve our B2B Payments revenue, adoption, and gross margin targets in accordance with the business plan.
Collaborate and help build the business/market strategy and execute business development and upsell plan for the region. Work with the corporate Amadeus Payments team, Issuers, Credit Card networks such as MasterCard and VISA, and TRU to execute the plan.
Develop and sustain the relationships and alignment with the overall Amadeus collaborating organizations. A successful Customer Success Manager for Americas will ultimately play a role in their customers' differentiation from their competitors in the B2B Payments arena. In this role you’ll: Manage existing Travel Sellers Customers and help them with adoption and growth of our payments solutions (B2BWallet).
Significant customer interactions, as well as with Travel Sellers account managers, business partners, and extended Outpayce Team. Identify customer needs; analyze and propose potential solutions and work together with Payments Team in order to find the best product that fits customers’ requirements. Collaborate with the product strategy definition, and also with product expansion in the region.
Develop and maintain partnerships with the most important players/partners in the region. About the Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree English and Spanish 100% fluency Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the B2B Tech and/or Payment industry with sales/business development responsibilities. Knowledge in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Credit Card Industry.
Experience within the Travel Industry, consultative sales experience, and great analytical skills. Advanced understanding of the B2B payment industry and players. Tech sales process understanding.
Good understanding of the travel distribution landscape. What We
