Full-Time Opportunity – Restaurant Manager Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá is looking for a Restaurant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to everything they do.
This role is a key part of our Food & Beverage team , shaping the guest experience and ensuring outstanding service.
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage ,
this position requires a valid Colombian work permit .
Responsibilities Lead, organize, and oversee restaurant operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Foster a positive and professional work environment, collaborating harmoniously with colleagues, supervisors, and chefs.
Select, train, evaluate, and motivate staff across Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events .
Be a visible leader, offering recognition, handling guest requests, and ensuring excellent public relations.
Ensure the quality of all food and beverages, showcasing expert knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
Manage labor and operational costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and cash control.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design menus and wine lists that balance quality and value.
Oversee the condition of facilities and equipment, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Education : Degree in Hospitality or related field.
Experience : Minimum 4 years in a similar leadership role.
Languages : Fluent in English & Spanish .
Skills : Dynamic leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
