Primary Purpose The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing key operational processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
This role focuses on administrative, logistical, and sourcing functions to optimize hiring efforts across the organization.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), liaising between Emmes' Application Analyst and the Vendor's Account Manager to address system-related issues and implement potential requirements.
Maintain and update the ATS to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
Generate data and reports to support decision-making and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health).
Support the TA recruiters in conducting initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirement, as needed.
Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Coordinate and handle logistical aspects of the recruitment process, including technical tests, assessments, travel arrangements if required.
Assist with candidate sourcing efforts as needed, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or administrative roles.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data reporting tools and metrics.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
