A day in the life:
As a Customer Service Representative for the Talent Acquisition department, you're not just scheduling interviews – you're a vital ambassador for Power Digital, shaping our employer brand with every interaction.
Your primary mission is to support our hiring efforts for diverse talent with agility and speed, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience that reflects our people-first culture.
Collaborating with Talent, Onboarding, and HR, you'll assist hiring managers in staffing their teams.
You'll primarily focus on scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and streamlining operations.
You're often the first impression candidates have of Power Digital, so your commitment to our values is key.
You'll manage our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring candidates move through the hiring process efficiently.
You'll also assist with sourcing and finding creative ways to attract top talent globally.

Responsibilities: Elevate our employer brand, delivering a world-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and values, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our positive reputation Expertly manage interview logistics by scheduling and rescheduling 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and final round interviews for candidates with hiring managers and the executive team,
optimizing calendars and minimizing delays Facilitate the administration and tracking of skills assessments for candidates, ensuring timely completion and providing support to candidates and hiring managers as needed Collect detailed interview feedback and drive timely follow-ups with hiring managers as needed Ensure hiring managers have appropriate access levels within hiring software(s), complete required certifications before participating in the hiring process, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures General project management including tracking interview schedules, feedback, and results Manage the Power Digital's employee referral process Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives Leverage AI capabilities to streamline processes and achieve tangible, goal-oriented outcomes Provide ad hoc support and reporting as requested by Recruiter, HR,
VPs and the Executive Team Role Requirements: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapts readily to evolving priorities and growth Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team setting Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy in all tasks Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with diverse stakeholders Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
Values driving diverse talent and proactively building talent networks Exposure to recruitment and/or HR Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) KPI #1 - Ability to accurately schedule 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and final interviews taking place company wide within 24 hours of feedback from recruiter/ hiring manager KPI #2 - Collect 95% of hiring manager feedback within 24 hours of previous interview KPI #3 - Accurately publish and maintain job descriptions within Greenhouse on a daily and weekly basis Most Important Things (MITs) Candidate Experience and Interview Coordination: Ensure a positive candidate experience by efficiently managing interview scheduling and communication throughout the hiring process Feedback Management and Follow-Up: Collect and manage detailed interview feedback, conducting follow-ups with hiring managers as necessary Attention to Detail and Time Management:
