Job Title: Executive Assistant to Vice President Latin America We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide top-notch administrative support to our Vice President, Latin America.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations in the region.
Main Responsibilities: Scheduling: Manage the Vice President's calendar to reflect strategic priorities and effectively manage her time toward achieving operational goals.
Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Ensure the Vice President is prepared for all internal and external meetings by overseeing and organizing all briefing memos, remarks, talking points, and additional collateral.
Management (Time and Communications):
Manage Vice President incoming email—prioritizing for attention and drafting responses as appropriate.
Executive Representation: Anticipate the needs of the program and have initiative in strategizing solutions.
Requirements: A commitment to the organization's mission, purpose, and values.
Experience in support of executive/senior managers.
Fluent in Spanish and English; any additional language is an asset.
Must be highly organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
