The Senior Analyst of Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) / Business Intelligence (BI) is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CRM Salesforce, Azure (Power BI) Dashboards, and related systems.
This role is responsible for contributing to the implementation of strategies and opportunities that enhance the work and effectiveness of the commercial team and the company overall, by bringing to the table insights and fresh perspectives based on analyses of data.
This is achieved through the CRM process and system, insights from various data sources (sell-in, sell-out, market, etc.
), and all reports that enable the commercial team to self-service such data.
His main responsibility is to enhance the operational effectiveness of the operation,
some examples are: Tracking and timely reviewing key FF KPIs Bringing innovative market analysis to unveil new opportunities Supporting the correct deployment of resources on field Client segmentation & targeting, as well as FF sizing Bring new insights based on internal (Sell In, Sell Out, market, productivity, KPIs, campaign information) and global resources Build forecast models to support new launches and financial planning Field Force Effectiveness Evaluate team performance by analyzing key metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with team leaders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as an administrator where there is no local CRM admin and provide second-level support for local admins.
Train trainers and users.
Manage the CRM database to ensure the tool operates correctly, providing up-to-date and accurate information to support decision-making.
Use technology to reduce the burden on the sales force and help them focus on demand generation activities.
Promote the conceptualization of CRM as a business strategy to increase the use and analysis of entered data.
Maintain and help design useful indicators for business units at different maturity levels and promote the use of CRM as a business strategy.
Support territory analysis for the field team.
Business Intelligence Administer local and corporate BI platform dashboards and reports.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide valuable insights to management.
Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Conduct predictive and trend analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across company systems.
Support the integration of new data sources and systems to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Maintain and update data management processes to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility.
Develop sales forecasts by distribution channel based on historical data and field force activities.
Support territory analysis for the field team.
SME Continuously acquire knowledge from global, regional, and local projects to evaluate and suggest initiatives that can leverage best practices from other teams/markets in CRM, BI reporting, analysis and adjacent systems.
